• Full Refund Within 24 Hours: Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a 100% refund, including the booking fee.

• After 24 Hours: Cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Remaining Balance Waiver: In certain circumstances, we may waive the remaining balance of your booking, but the initial booking fee is non-refundable.
